Dynamics 365Group
HCR
Healthcare

Operate at the speed of care.

Healthcare organizations balance clinical mission with operational discipline — revenue cycle, supply chain, compliance, and donor or grant accountability all run on data that has to be both accurate and secure. We deploy Dynamics 365 in HIPAA-aware configurations so finance, supply chain, and patient-adjacent operations work together without exposing PHI.

Where Healthcare Teams Get Stuck

The operational gaps we see most.

Revenue cycle complexity

Billing across payers, denials management, and contract terms can drown a finance team that's working in legacy tools.

Supply chain & PAR management

Stockouts on critical supplies and expired inventory both have clinical consequences. Visibility has to be real-time.

Compliance & audit readiness

HIPAA, HITECH, and state requirements demand controls, audit trails, and access discipline that your ERP must support.

Donor & grant accounting

Mission-driven organizations track restricted funds, grants, and donor commitments alongside operational finance.

How We Solve It

Dynamics 365 configured for healthcare.

HIPAA-aligned configuration

We deploy Dynamics 365 in tenant configurations with appropriate BAAs, audit logging, and role-based access aligned to HIPAA Security Rule requirements.

Supply chain & PAR replenishment

Automated reorder points, lot/expiration tracking, and supplier-managed inventory inside Business Central or SCM.

Finance & grant accounting

Multi-fund accounting, restricted vs. unrestricted balances, and grant reporting baked into the GL.

Power Platform workflows

Approval flows, intake forms, and case management on Power Apps — staying inside the compliance boundary.

FAQ

Healthcare questions, answered.

Is Dynamics 365 HIPAA-compliant?

Microsoft offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Dynamics 365 and Azure services. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility — Microsoft secures the platform; we configure tenant policies, access controls, and audit logging so your deployment meets HIPAA Security Rule requirements.

Can Dynamics 365 integrate with our EHR?

Yes. We integrate Dynamics 365 with Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and other EHRs via FHIR APIs or Azure Health Data Services. Typically the EHR remains the system of record for clinical data and Dynamics handles operations, finance, and supply chain.

Do you work with nonprofit healthcare organizations?

Yes. We support fund accounting, grant tracking, donor management, and 990 reporting for nonprofit and FQHC clients alongside their operational ERP/CRM needs.
